Order Confirmation:
Processing Time: Upon successful online payment, your order will typically undergo preliminary verification and confirmation within 2 working days. We will contact you directly to confirm specific itinerary details and timings.
Note: Confirmation may take slightly longer during peak seasons (holidays) or for orders requiring special coordination (e.g., private bespoke tours, specific requests). We will proactively inform you via email or phone of any anticipated delays. Should any issues arise (e.g., availability constraints, information discrepancies), we will contact you promptly to resolve them.
Delivery of Key Information (Itinerary Confirmation/E-Contract):

Following order confirmation, all essential electronic itinerary documents and the official, legally-binding e-contract mandated by tourism regulatory platforms will be sent to your registered email address or preferred social media application (e.g., WeChat/WhatsApp) within 48 hours.

Service Commencement (Travel Experience):
