退货退款政策

  【特别说明】

1、空位损失:专列属于包车性质，组团社提前预交款买断销售。一经预定则无法退回定金，旅游 者在团队出发前向旅行社提出退团:

(1)出发日期前 15-29 天(含)收取合同金额的 60%

(2)出发日期前 1-14 天(含)收取合同金额的 80%

(3)出发日当天取消收取合同金额的 100%

(4)我们将在48 小时内处理您的退款请求。 退款将在批准后7-15天内通过原始付款方式退回到银行账户 

2、专列系包车性质，合同签订后车票不办理改签、分乘、变径或退票3、因任何原因不参加，费用一律不退，也不换等价项目，行程中遇天气原因，航班取消，道路塌方等自然灾害人力不可抗拒因素，所产生的费用及损失由客人自理!

4、以上行程供参考，届时在保证不减少景点、不降低服务标准的情况下，旅行社可根据实际情况和专列时刻点对行程顺序做出相应调整;专列具体开行、抵离时间以铁路局最后命令和站内调度为准;若专列晚点或早到，旅行社并无违约，负责协调，根据实际情况对行程进行调整，并不减少景点，不降低服务标准，但不承担经济赔偿:因专列政策性原因或者组团人数未达到专列人数，使专列未能成行则改走正班车或者全额退款。

如遇人力不可抗拒因素造成的行程延误或变更旅行社不承担由此造成的损失和责任，所产生的费用由客人自理;游客因个人原因临时放弃游览、用餐、住宿等，造成实际损失的我社不退费用。

5、下单后，订单会在3天内得到处理，与您签订正规旅游合同。旅游顾问会与您对接旅行当中的全部行程。与携带的物品。

6、适用法律本服务条款以及我们为您提供服务的任何单独规定应受中国法律管辖并按其解释

1.Cancellation fees (charter train policy):

15-29 days before departure: 60% of total cost.

1-14 days before departure:80%

We will process your refund request within 48 hours. Refunds will be credited back to the bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days of approval

2. No ticket changes/refunds after booking.

3.Force majeure: Natural disasters/transport delays incur guest-borne costs.

4. ltinerary adjustments: Sequence may change without reducing attractions/services. Train schedules subject to

railway authorities.

5、Once the order is placed, the order will be processed within 3 days and a formal travel contract will be signed with you. A travel consultant will contact you for all the itineraries of the trip. with carry-on items.

6、GOVERNING LAWThese Terms ofService and any separate aareements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of China
